Job details

– Recruit, compare prices and negotiate prices with suppliers.
– Take care of issuing purchase orders and coordination between suppliers and related agencies.
– Coordinate with suppliers until the end of the ordering process.
– Prepare reports and analyze other data. of the purchasing department as assigned.
– Follow up on orders according to the delivery schedule and the needs of each department in the organization.
– Prepare information on sellers, stores, product prices, and product lists to summarize in a monthly report.
– Other administrative work.

Applicant qualifications
1. Female, age 20 years and over.
2. Vocational Certificate level in Business Administration, Accounting. or other related fields
3. Highly detailed, agile, quick to learn, quick-witted, honest, knowledgeable and responsible in duties.
4. Good personality and human relations Able to work together with others
5. Good use of computer MS Word / Excel
6. Having communication skills will be given special consideration.
